Serves 1Ann Wigmore's Energy Soup
- 2 handfuls of greens (spinach, arugula, romaine, etc)
- 1 handful of sprouts (mung, lentil, green pea etc.)
- 1/2 an avocado
- 1/2-1 apple (depending on how sweet you like it)
- 2 tbs dulse
- 2 tbs hemp seeds or pine nuts
- Water
